A couple of months ago I was introduced to the distilled spirits of Tapaus, the alta gama (top range) of Argentine spirits. A relatively new distillery, the owners of Tapaus have gone all out to produce intensely flavored, carefully crafted, truly delicious liqueurs, eau-de-vie, and brandies.
