Buenos Aires, Argentina

Host: Henry Tapia

Our first Peruvian dinner back at the end of July had such a positive response from the night's guests that we wanted to do it again. New dishes, but the same style, and once again the meal was a hit!

From some of our guests:

"I have to say that the meal we had at Casa SaltShaker was quite simply, outstanding.... We even mentioned you and the menu to our B&B hosts, one of whom is Peruvian and interested in your next Peruvian menu... We actually enjoyed everything on the menu, including the wines you provided. The number of courses, variety, portion sizes, time allowed, etc. seemed right to me. I really can't tell you anything to improve. We also enjoyed our table-mates and actually ran into them again at the Carlos Gardel Tango Show we saw on Monday... Buenos Aires is indeed a great city, and we can't wait to visit again, spend more time, and see more of the country. We'll certainly plan to include another visit to Casa SaltShaker." - R.L.

"Your private dinner was very intriguing to me as a way to meet some locals and also share food and wine at the same time. Thank you very much and we really enjoyed ourselves and enjoyed meeting B and T from Texas... The menu was fabulous and I enjoyed every course in particular we are glad for the Peruvian theme." - J.D.
