We were inundated with requests for Thanksgiving dinner. Amazing how a holiday with a food tradition can have such a strong pull. We could easily have booked Thanksgiving night itself five or six times over. In fact, we had so many requests that we ended up accepting a private party request for Thanksgiving night at another location, and decided we’d do an additional post-T-day dinner in Casa.

"Just to let you know how much we enjoyed the Casa Saltshaker dinner on Friday. The food and wine were great. I loved the stuffing with sausage and the cheesecake etc...... It was a really nice group of people." - R.Z.

"Thanks again- it was an incredible meal and especially impressive given the make-shift conditions of the rental house. Everyone was raving about the meal and all I could say was how lucky we were that somebody cancelled on us. We’re actually thinking very seriously of planning to do it again next year, in which case you will be the first to know! By the way, that dessert really was outstanding. I can’t think of a better dessert I’ve had in a long time. Im sure I’ll be stopping by casa saltshaker very soon to sample some other dishes." - J.B.
