I’d been wanting to offer a middle eastern dinner of some sort for awhile, and Independence Day in Morocco seemed the perfect opportunity. I like the cuisine from that country in particular, because for me it embodies a seamless blend of Middle Eastern, African, and French influences.

"Thank you - we had a really nice evening. It was a great surprise for B... - and we all thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The food and the wines were excellent. The only feedback I can think of is that we probably would have liked a few more minutes between each course. I´m not saying that we felt "rushed" exactly, but maybe another half hour spread over the evening would have made for a more leisurely pace? Again, everything was great - and we won´t hesitate to recommend you guys." - B.O.
