To me, it seemed a natural match - five official vowels,
five courses to the meal - why is that a bizarre theme for a Casa
Saltshaker dinner? I mean, come on, we’ve done The Great Moon Hoax… and
that got us into the New York Times. Who knows where vowels will
lead?
"Thanks, it really was such a treat being there. Our only
thought/suggestion is to have some kind of mix-it-up between tables,
either as dessert is served, or maybe coffee? (easier to get up and
move... I was disappointed when the 4 folks at the smaller table got up
and left. I had hoped to chat a bit more with them. I'm sure that there
are groups that are not so flexible, but I would easily have moved to
their table at some point, had I known there was not another mingling
opportunity at the end. Great food. We are definitely planning to return
to BA, not sure when. Will be in touch when we have a plan." - M.M.
[Note: mingling is encourage by us, but not everyone wants to!]
"Disfrute mucho la cena, la pase muy bien y espero pronto volver,
un abrazo." - J.H.
"It was really wonderful to be here for my second time. i really
enjoyed the courses, especially the spicy pasta and the bife. the paired
wines were also very appropriate for the food. great conversation as
well. i am looking forward to my third time at casa saltshaker." - T.W.
