So here’s the thing - I love having vegetarian dinners - they’re actually in some ways a chance to be more creative than when I work with meat - especially to keep them interesting and not just the brown rice and steamed greens kind of plates. The other theme that people seem to love here are our Asian themed dinners of various sorts - the lack of good Asian restaurants in this city is a big part of that - though it’s getting better… But, Asian Vegetarian it was…

"My daughter L... and I really enjoyed the unusual food you prepared and especially liked the paring of the wines with each course. It was nice how you explained about the food and the wines between each course. We were a little apprehensive when we first arrived as we had never attended a "secret " dinner party before. We think that a host who gives the guests a drink on arrival and introduces the guests to each other would have helped to have made experience even more enjoyable. I realise that you are busy in the kitchen with the food but perhaps you could find a friend with an outgoing personality who could act as your host and then I think the evenings would be perfect." - S.A.
