With the success of our series of Italian cooking classes, the cuisine
has been on my mind much more lately, so it won’t come as any surprise
that I’m trying out recipes here and there during our Casa S dinners.

"We loved our night at Casa Saltshaker... I keep thinking about the
pasta with sweetbreads and that AMAZING rice ice cream dessert, so
delicious! We met some fun people too, 5 of which we ended up having over
our apartment for an Xmas Eve parilla (with my classic USA potato salad,
which was the group's favorite item on the menu!). I do wish you were able
to spend some more time chatting with us, though I know that that's a bit
impossible. The 8/4 table set up made it a bit awkward at sit-down time
amongst strangers, though it did all work out fine." - H.G.
