Comments from some of the guests:

"We really enjoyed the evening, and the company was great." - B.R.

"It was a very enjoyable evening. I expect I'll be back in the not too distant future." - W.S.

"Todos la pasamos fantastico. La comida estuvo deliciosa y los wine pairings tambien. En cuanto a comentarios, como todo Argentino, hubiera comido tres veces la cantidad de postre. Tu sabes que los Argentinos comemos mucho dulce. Ademas estaba tan rico que te hubiera pedido mas! Te voy a recomendar a mis amigos locales y de afuera. Gracias y hasta la proxima." - C.D.

"Enjoyed the different courses, your explanation of the ingredients & the origins of the wines. Sat´s group also created a congenial ambiance. There are a couple of things that I would enjoy more of: 1) a listing of the wines served, along with the menu that is provided [Note from us - umm, on the menu, right with their food pairings...]; 2) being somewhat of a foodie, would also enjoy hearing where you shop, whether speciality stores or local supers, eg, Coto or Carrefour. Though I rent apts. when I've been here, I don't do much cooking, but I enjoy browsing through food stores just to see the variety of products available here." - M.V.

"Thank you for the message. The dinner experience was wonderful. I was talking to my wife about it and both of us were at a loss when trying to envision how it could have been better. The food was outstanding, but that goes without saying. We hope we can visit BA again, if only to dine with you and your other guests once more. (Incidentally, it looks like we've made some friendships with other guests from that evening that will continue on!)" - V.M.

"Thank you again for the wonderful dinner and wine pairing. We had a wonderful time." - S.&R.D.

"I'm writing today to say thanks for everything you provided for us this summer. I realized that as I tell the story about the trip to friends, dinners at Casa Saltshaker and friendships that grew out of those dinners are usually among the first things I mention. I know D... really enjoyed the cooking classes as well and I certainly enjoyed Henry's flirtations. And, of course, you recommended some great eats around town for us as well. Muchisima Gracias!" - F.H.
