"Hi. We are back in California. Of course your dinner was superb. I think the food and wine was so elegant and elegantly served, that you might consider making a little more elegant card with the menu on it for people to take away -- and just put it on each place setting. It really deserves more featuring. I got back to California and couldn't remember every detail of each magnificent course when discussing with other foodies.
