"...we also want to thank you for a delightful evening. We very much enjoyed meeting you and the unique experience of dining at Casa Saltshaker. I am sure there is a variety of group composition, but our group all being from the US, provided us with the opportunity to speak the language with the interesting attendees which we enjoyed. Your dinner was for the most part very enjoyable. The appetizer, soup, fish course, and dessert were delicious. The duck breast, unfortunately, was very tough and we were unable to cut it or eat most of it. Perhaps having back up chicken breasts in the freezer would be a way to substitute when you find an ingredient is not to your standards. In spite of this one issue, we would definitely recommend Casa Saltshaker to anyone we knew going to Buenos Aires." - P.W. [Note: What can I say, the duck was up to my standards, was just the way I'd hoped it would be. If it hadn't been, I'd have simply not accepted them from my purveyor, nor served it.]
