Comments from some of the guests:

"I was back in Johannesburg on Monday morning and went straight to the office. Didn't feel so great. Thank god Tuesday was a public holiday here. We enjoyed ourselves immensely ( I talked too much, unusually.... not) but we were saying that it was like attending a dinner party at home. The makeup was great, relaxed, informal. The food was most enjoyable and the wines were new and refreshing. er, I can't add anything else, suffice to say that we had a great time and will recommend to anyone we know going to BA. I hope to be there again later this year ... see you then." - H.F.

"Everything was OK, thanks for having us!!" - J.D.

"Perdona la tardanza en contestar, pero andaba ocupada. Our experience in Casa SaltShaker was very nice. We really enjoyed ourselves, meeting you and meeting the rest of the people. The food was excellent. We will definitely recommend it as well as go back. My only suggestion would be, although I know you are very busy, it is more interaction with you. Also, a little bit more background music, but everything was very nice. Thank you so much. " - C.R.

"We had a delightful time at Casa Saltshaker. The food and conversation were most enjoyable. We really appreciated the tips on Buenos Aires. We are still in the city until Sunday. We have had a wonderful time so far. C... said to tell you that he was most impressed by the avocado dessert! No, really, everything was delicious and the wines were exceptional. Thanks again." - M.B.A.

"Just wanted to thank you again for a wonderful evening and an excellent dinner at your house. I also wanted to apologize for our tardiness as it clearly was MY fault for misreading the address as 155 vs 1555. Anyway, again, we enjoyed it much and appreciate hearing your opinions and thoughts about what to do and see in Buenas Aires. " - D.J.
