"I had a fantastic time the other night! Truly unique experience, would love to come back sometime! I think maybe the menu didn't quite match my dad's tastes but he still definitely enjoyed the company and the whole experience as well. I enjoyed all of the dishes but in terms of personal tastes: I'm not a big shellfish fan so that was one thing I tried to eat around a bit. The soup was definitely my favorite, as well as the dessert although I can't take too much sweetness so I think the filling ended up being more than I could handle. Overall though, because of the fresh ingredients and the thoughtful preparation I could appreciate even the ingredients that may not have matched my palate. I was actually wondering if you could give me more details on the cooking classes you hold? I generally get off of work at 7pm so I'm not sure if I'll be able to make it but perhaps I can get off work early a day or two." - M.J.
