Y quiero que sepas, que mi ex esposa es chef y trabajó en el Club Americano. Es más, lo único que extraño de ella es su forma de cocinar. Como verán soy un calificado gourmet y no dudo en felicitarlos. También debo decir que la atención en la mesa ha sido muy buena. Sin embargo he de comentarles que, desde mi humilde criterio, no debe ser estrictamente la comida, la vedette de la noche. Creo que le daría a la reunión un touch más íntimo, si desde ustedes surge:primero la presentación de los comensales, nombre, actividad, de donde provienen, datos que ayudan a iniciar conversaciones. Y segundo, creo que si lo que inspira la comida es una historia, bueno, creo que hay que contarla con lujo de detalles. Darle a la historia o anécdota la importancia que tiene porque finalmente también ayudará a conversar y a pasarla bien. Con mi esposa la pasamos muy bien pese a que our english is poor but we can understand a lot. Muchas gracias por la velada. Felicidades. Esperamos volver a verlos." - D.B.
