"Thanks for your email, we just got home a few days ago, sadly the standard of food in Rio was much lower than Buenos Aires. We all thoroughly enjoyed the evening. It all worked very well and I can't think of anything that would have made it better. My only regret was that I was doing too much talking to savour the wines and remember them, everyone else commented though on what great pairings they were. The chocolate marquise was superb too.
