"We are on our way back home after a great holiday. Your dinner certainly was one of the highlights of the trip. We enjoyed the meal & wine & the company of you & Henry. If you are looking for a suggestion the only thing I might say is that upon arrival, at your home, we really weren't too sure what to do. Perhaps you might spend some time telling us about yourselves & how this all came to be. That might get the conversation rolling a bit better.
