Comments from some of our guests:

"We had a wonderful time and really enjoyed the quality and creativity of the food and wine pairings! We also enjoyed the chance to be guests in your lovely apartment and chat with the other travelers. It was a highlight of our trip. My only feedback (since you asked) is that the music (to which I had the closest seat) didn't add much, and was a vague distraction to me, once the dinner started and we were having quiet conversation. It also looped and I heard the same songs a couple of times ... But I was probably the only person who even heard it and the only person who would have noticed or cared in any event, so you can take my observation with a grain of salt (pun intended). Also, falling into the "for what it's worth" category: although it was by chance, I really enjoyed the ebb and flow of the 4-person conversation (as opposed to my prior experiences with tables of 6 or more strangers) and if it's possible with your setup, I might even suggest experimenting with 3 tables of 4 people each (while encouraging "musical chairs")." - C.W.

"We enjoyed every aspect of the evening. The food was wonderful and more than plentiful, and the company was also most enjoyable. B...'s only comment was that he wished he could have spent some of the time with other guests, but nobody offered to switch places but me, so he was with M... and S... the whole evening. Perhaps when there are two tables you could orchestrate a switch half-way through so that there would be more mixing. Hope to see you again sometime, but in the spring or fall!" - N.B.

"G... and I had a blast. The seafood was as good as any I have ever eaten. The only suggestion I would make is to have had a group photo. Oh well, next time........." - A.B.

"Thanks Dan for a very nice evening - M... is quite good company!!" - S.T.
