Comment from the hostess:

"We all felt very welcomed in your home with your fine hospitality and wonderful dinner. Casa SaltShaker was the perfect setting for our initial Argentine group gathering. My husband wants to comment that you did a great job juggling all the food issues with our group. The gluten-free bread was delicious! The welcoming drink was unique and very tasty. Each food item was interesting and very good. One suggestion: When you invite your guests to relax in the garden, I think some chairs are needed (simple, stackable plastic outdoor chairs would certainly suffice). We all stood around looking at one another wondering what to do. Having the slide show of your menu creations on display was an educational and interesting conversation piece. Henry was a very modest, skilled, and patient dancing teacher. We think offering a brief tango lesson to guests is a nice touch to be continued. (Maybe you do this routinely.) Thank you for the travel tips you gave us. We enjoyed the rest of our trip, including beautiful Rio (because we had a friend-of-a-friend there who accompanied us as we strolled and dined two evenings). Our group wants to track down the Underground Chicago restaurants. Let me know if you get to our city. Your city is very lovely. Continued success to you and Henry!  Sincere thanks!" - K.W.
