"The dessert was very very good. I also liked the fish course a lot. The pasta I thought was less successful - I think it could have spicier, at least for me. Other comments: Would be great to link the 2 tables together instead of having a smaller separate table (which was a bit like the kiddies table), part of the fun of the night was meeting new people (we actually continued until the early hours of the money bar hopping with the 2 girls from Louisiana). I personally would have preferred exceptional food rather than trying to link back to a theme and compromise the food. I don’t think that the ‘girl guide’ theme gave much scope for exceptional food – the soup, cheese jaffles, fish with peanuts were all a little average (sorry to say!). The dessert was the exceptional highlight, delicious. I loved the wine! It was all amazing, I would have paid to have had more…sadly, only smallish glasses were served with no top ups offered. I would have liked to have seen more interaction with our hosts, yourself and Henry, you have invited us into your home, which is an amazing thing – it would have been nice to see more of yourselves immersing with us – as a great dinner party is also about the great hosts! The highlight was the people we meet, it’s a great way to meet new people and immerse with people you wouldn’t usually connect with – and overall a fantastic concept" - C.H.
"Despues de esas reparadoras vacaciones, las cosas vuelven a la cotidianidad, yo acabo de llegar de nuevo a Afganistan a mi trabajo en la Base de Bagram, y O... ya está en Orlando, FL en su trabajo en el hospital. Nuestra experiencia por primera vez de una cena privada en grupo copo mis expectativas, la verdad los platos estuvieron a la altura del mas exquisito paladar y el compartir con gente de tan variados lugares y culturas fué enriquesedor.
