"Enjoyed all the guests at your home. Thanks again for all the great restaurant recommendations. Your help made BA a great experience." - J.S.

"holaaa!!!! lo pasé fenomenal, teneis una casa preciosa, y la cena estuvo bárbara, la compañia fenomenal. un besote." - P.H.

"It was great, thank you very much! My thoughts on the evening: loved the format, it was really great to meet all the people there, as well as you and Henry. I guess the only part of the format that I might have changed would be to have you join us for the main course, as I know I enjoyed it when you were part of the conversations. Not sure if thats feasible, but it would have been really nice. In terms of the food, my favorite was the soup. It had a great mix of flavors, and mutliple layers. For the main course, I think it could have used an additional sauce with the chicken, as I did enjoy the mix of flavors, but I think it needed a little extra layer/dimension. The wine pairings were really brilliant. My usual approach is to taste a bit of wine alone, then taste with the food. And in each case, the food and wine really enhanced each other. My geekiness wants to know more about the wines, of course, but I think that in general I need to come up to speed on Argentinian wines. " - T.M.

"It was a great evening - the food and wine pairings were interesting, delicious and well presented. The conversation was enjoyable and in spite of the considerable generation gap we felt welcome and included in the evening. We would look forward to another evening if we are able to return as planned next year." - S.&C.B.

"Thanks so much. It was a pleasure to be a guest in your home. You manage to combine informality, comfort and a relaxed atmosphere with haute cuisine so superbly." - J.L.

"I always have fun at Casa Saltshaker. Chris was impressed too! Only thing I don't like is being at the small table, it just feels like we're left out of the party. Even though, the folks were lovely at our table, I like a bigger audience!! Really appreciate the touchstone you have provided throughout my stay and the connection it creates with other travelers and food in BA. PS the mushroom soup was superb and the cake, yum, yum" - D.B.

"M... and I enjoyed our night at your home and we appreciate you hosting us. We really liked the wine pairings with the food and appreciated Dan explaining each wine to us. The food was terrific and unlike anything we´ve had in BA.  Our only regret is that we did not maneuver our selves to the big table as others did when you made the initial announcement about dinner service starting. Fortunately the couple we sat with at the small table were delightful but I feel that we missed out on the true experience by not sitting at the larger community table. My only recommendation would be to eliminate the smaller table or force a rotation of seats in conjunction with the courses. Thanks again for a terrific dinner. We will definitely recommend the Salt Shaker experience to any of our friends who venture to BA." - K.H.
