Comments from some of our guests:

"Just a note to say how much I enjoyed the dinner on Friday evening, what a creative and exciting taste experience." - T.S.

"Transmitirte la sensación de mis suegros. Les gustó la idea pero el idioma supuso un pequeño problema. No sé si tenías previsto que todos eran norteamercianos y hablarían inglés. Aunque algunas personas hicieron intentos por hablar en castellano otros se negaron. Por lo demás todo bien." - V.A.

"Hola from Mendoza, It was a most enjoyable experience. You are one talented master chef. Thanks Again and I'll be looking forward to spreading the word about your talents!" - F.B.

"Thanks for having us- it was a great dinner and we enjoyed meeting the couple that we sat with. The dinner was delicious, I really enjoyed the tamari soup and I didn't realize till you mentioned it that you don't see soup here a lot. The only thing we would have liked was to have red wines instead of whites and pinot, but that's dependent on the food you're pairing so it made sense. Overall it was a nice experience." - L.S.

"B... and I had an amazing time in Casa Saltshaker. We were just talking about it today, becuase it is not easy to find new things when it comes to food. We have been eating out a lot and while you may go to a good restaurant it is very rare to find a place with new creations, a place that is not afraid of trying new things. The wine was also great and the company was too. Casa Saltshaker was a highlight in our stay in Buenos Aires, and I cannot think of anything to change. Neither can B.... WE were very happy to be able to be part of the experience." - C.S.

"Sorry for the delay in writing you; we are heading back to Canada tomorrow and want to thank you for the lovely evening at your house. We will remember it as one of the highlights of our time here, and we will certainly recommend it to anyone who is passing through here." - T.M.
