"We enjoyed the evening immensely, a highlight of the trip. The food was delicious and the presentation top-notch. I also thought the wine pairings were a great complement. The dessert wine was great, but I would have enjoyed something a little dryer with the other courses. Another comment I heard was that it would have been nice to know why you selected each wine.
