An "underground" dining experience

There’s an underground restaurant scene in hip, urban places around the world....

In Argentina, Casa SaltShaker is a well-regarded “restaurante de puertas cerradas” or “locked door restaurant” and considered a way for the chef (who’s from America) to showcase his talents while allowing him the freedom to do interesting takes on dining. For instance, he builds his menus around a theme, whether it is a movie like Babette’s Feast, or an interesting worldly phenomenon like the Great Moon Hoax of 1835....
